Deep Blue 14 Apartment - Halekai Moreton island

Deep Blue apartment 14 (named Halekai meaning ‘by the ocean') offers spectacular views from the top two floors of the building, with uninterrupted views south to the Gold Coast and west overlooking the azure blue waters of Moreton Bay and the jetty towards the twinkling lights of Brisbane. Set over two levels on the southern end of the building, this spacious air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Halekai features a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining, large loungeroom with 65-inch flat screen TV and Bose sound system. The outdoor entertaining balcony features an outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and fridge with dining. Upstairs bedrooms feature a king master with spa ensuite, king bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. Halekai has full resort access to resort pools (including the Deep Blue Private pool), restaurants, café and bars and activities (excluding Dolphin feeding). Deep Blue 14 also has a standard sized garage available for guests suitable for one car (height/length restrictions apply). 

NOTE: Dolphin feeding packages cannot be purchased when staying in private accommodation

This is a superb property, very well equipped. Views are wonderful. Sad to see that previous tenants have broken louvres in two of the bedrooms. Please note also that white plastic fragments are coming out of the ice maker ( some quite sharp). Enjoyed the whale watching.

Amazing getaway

Property exceeded our expectations. It was a true home away from home with everything we needed and more.We rented the apartment privately and the property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with.We will be rebooking the same apartment next year.

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location. The argument was true to description and delivered on cleanliness, decor and location. Fabulous position to watch nightly dolphin feeding and an easy walk to resort amenities. The private complex pool was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed by ourselves and our overseas visitors. We will definitely book in the future.

Amazing location and views

A fantastic apartment for a family holiday. Amazing views and location. Clean and spacious. I would recommend doing your research on getting to the property as we were not given enough detailed instructions and as it was our first time talking a 4wd we got lost which made check in a hassle. We were not given check in details prior to arriving and i had to message the host when we arrived to ask for them which made me nervous. Other then communication and check-in our stay was great. Tangalooma is a must do!!!

Tropical Island Getaway

Our holiday was amazing! A beautiful place to visit. 4WD adventures, snorkelling the famous wrecks with an abundance of sea life, swimming in crystal clear waters and great food at cafes and restaurants. Our apartment was more than I expected, it was beautiful and views to die for! Just spectacular and right out the front of the dolphin feeding which was a highlight every night to watch. The apartment had everything to make our stay comfortable. Our host Colleen was fantastic with keeping us updated with important information, and Nita (Supervisor of Cleaning) made sure our apartment was super clean and fit for a king! Thanks everyone, I highly recommend staying at Deep Blue 14 Apartment

Perfect location and apartment

If you’re looking for a beautifully renovated apartment with a coastal vibe this is the place to stay. The view is spectacular with an awesome view of the dolphin feeding at night. The apartment has everything you’d need in terms of appliances including a coffee machine, air fryer, toastie machine and NutriBullet. There’s a bbq on the balcony and a Bose speaker for music. We found we ate in most nights as the food at the restaurants was basic and it was much more pleasant sitting on the balcony listening to music. You’ll definitely not be disappointed booking this unit. Only suggestion I have is a 2nd door card.

Awsomeness.

We love coming to Moreton Island, we are returning guests and love staying at the deep blue apartments. It was nice to see the apartment was newly renovated with new paint, carpet in rooms and new styling. All amenities were provided - soap, dishwashing liquid, clothes washing liquid. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cutlery, dishes, cups, and glasses. For us, this place is the only place to stay whilst at Moreton. All shops and amenities are very accessible. The beach is in front of you. And if you are keen adventurer loads of 4wdriving - in which we love. So many places to visit. You can do as much or as little as you want. Nature talks with water birds and Kookaburras, in close proximity, during the day. And most importantly you can watch the dolphins come in every sunset from your balcony. Just beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay, very spacious, beautiful views, nice quiet end of the island to stay, convenience store is right downstairs which was super convenient, short walk to restaurants. Communication with property manager was easy and there was plenty of information given for our stay.
