Paradise Beach Club 444 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

This remarkable, direct Oceanfront, penthouse unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your private balcony and throughout the unit. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, oceanfront unit is a must see! Take in the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent views from your master bedroom.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large plasma TV and stunning views of the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations (not a sleeper sofa). There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. the view from the 4th floor balcony and from the master bedroom are exactly why you want a beachside place. Kudos on the furniture and beds as they were more comfortable than most VRBOs. The overall condition and cleanliness is good; its a place that sees a lot of people so it shows some wear, but we were pleased overall.

It is a nice unit with a beautiful view and we enjoyed our stay.. There were several communications regarding repair of the stove, but nothing was done and a new unit was delivered to the front door when we checked out. We were disappointed that the TV's in both bedrooms were not functional for the entire stay even after a repair tech visited the unit.

Exceptional stay

Laid back resort with no contact easy check in process. All necessities provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, coffee maker, washer/ dryer towels even every beach accessory provided from umbrella to chairs down to cooler. It was an awesome stay, quiet property and we will return to this property

Great property on the beach, well appointed

Came to Florida to visit family and wanted a place near the beach. This property was great, a little smaller complex but clean and well maintained.Location was great, near stores and restaurants and of course right on the ocean. 2 bedrooms and 2 nice baths plus a newer refurbished kitchen and generous living area.Property manager was vary responsive and went out of her way to insure we had all we needed and were happy with the property!We will definitely give it a try again on our next visit!

Important: My wife was happy... because it was clean and spacious. Bonus: We were informed in advance that the water would be shut off for repairs so we could plan ahead. Extra Bonus: From the 4th floor balcony we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning.

Very clean property

The pictures are exactly what you get. It is very clean. We enjoyed the little lobby they had. There was games there to play, restrooms close to the pool ext. The actual condo is very close to the beach! East to find. The communication between us and owner / guest contact was very responsive and polite/. We will be coming back again. Thank you!

Nice getaway

We were a little disappointed when we got there, the place is older and the elevator was really slow! I wouldn’t suggest wearing white socks! Our were dirty in no time! And there was a dried up contact on the floor by the bed which tells me the floor weren’t cleaned very well. The location was great it was right across the road from the grocery store and just down the road from a great ice cream shop! Probably won’t go back there again it was a little over priced for what you got! Bring your own potholders too!

Wonderful stay despite a hurricane

We recently stayed at the Paradise Beach Club. Where the unit we were in had the most amazing view. The property is right on the beach and you can go take a dip in just a few steps! I loved waking up every morning and enjoying coffee in the sun on the patio and watching the local surfers. The check-in process was super easy and the unit was amazingly clean. It was great to have a full, well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. We managed to stay 10 days with just carry on luggage since we could do laundry. There is a grocery store right across the street, so it was so easy to get some supplies without having a car. We were able to cook full meals with the pots and pans available in the unit, and there was nothing missing. We had perfect weather -- until we didn't. A hurricane hit towards the end of our stay and our flight was canceled going home. Luckily the unit was available for another few days and Zareh was incredibly accommodating to make sure we were safe and had a place to stay. Even though the entire area lost power for a day or so, the property management was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The office even had a little "leave-one take-one" book case, which came in handy on out extra days. I highly recommend this property for anyone's next vacation. Despite the bad weather, we had an amazing time and would stay at the Paradise Beach Club anytime in the future. Thank you again Zareh for being such a wonderful host and point of contact!
