Eden Yarra Valley is truly a paradise for larger groups. Nestled in lush manicured gardens, complemented by a sparkling pool, this beautiful property comfortably sleeps up to 27+ guests in central Yarra Valley.

With 10 stylish and spacious bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, this is a fabulous destination for several families or friends to enjoy together. The perfect accommodation for weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate or wellness retreats, girls' trips, golf weekends or just enjoying the region’s many attractions.

The main homestead features five bright and modern bedrooms each overlooking gardens and the generous living and dining space is perfect for groups or families cooking meals and relaxing in the lounge. The heated, saltwater pool and alfresco area off the kitchen is a perfect place to socialise with a large BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating provided. A guest wing features three more bedroom suites and the huge games zone complete with pool table, fusball, games machines, large screen TV, lounges and more. There is also the fully equipped Eden Bar for gatherings of all types, plus an outdoor bar area with generous seating. Two private king spa chalets with balconies, and hidden in the trees complete this unique accommodation.

Enjoy the entire estate of manicured gardens with feature ponds, roses, expansive lawns, trampoline and play equipment, all hidden by tall privacy hedges.

Located in peaceful Yarra Glen, just around the corner from Yarra Glen’s shops and surrounded by all of the Yarra Valley’s famous wineries, restaurants and attractions.

We are NOT a public venue, therefore you are NOT permitted to invite any visitors or vendors to the estate without our prior approval.

Rates are set for the number of guests staying, including children of any age. If you have more than 27 guests staying, you must seek approval and if approved, additional charges will apply.

Functions by approval only and fees may apply. Enquiries must come directly to management for approval.

Please note valid photo ID is required for all guests from the age of 18 and only a list of ALL children's ages and names 0-17 years of age . A $2500 bond is payable directly to the accommodation within 72 hours prior to check in, which will be refunded within 10 days after check out, pending no T's & C's are broken.
