Spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2 full bath penthouse suite on 3rd floor of First Community Bank Building with stunning views of Little Traverse Bay and downtown Harbor Springs. Well-equipped kitchen opens to a large living space and dining area. Enjoy the view from the balcony overlooking the Harbor Springs Marina. The primary suite has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full bath with tub/shower down the hall.

Harbor Springs Bank Penthouse 12

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely and had wonderful views of the harbor and bay. It was beautifully decorated and with the exception of the carpet (stains throughout) it was verr clean. It does need a new toaster. The one they provided was broken and it would be nice to have more substantial flatwear. The check in and checkout were very easy. Overall a great unit.

Harbor Springs Bank Condo

Property that I reserved online was not available to be occupied because of heating problem. Graham management never contacted me as I was told 2 hours before I got there. Had to go to another unit. No apology no compensation, just poor customer service. Don't use Graham.
