Our home in the Crystal Sands community of Siesta Key is one of our more popular properties, offering 2 serene bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and space for six happy guests to live, play, and sleep. Located just a short walk away from Siesta Key beach, the modern décor of this cozy villa is minimalistic while offering a comfort that is often lacking in modern design. Newly listed and recently renovated, our Crystal Sands property offers all the comforts of home.

A covered entryway protects guests from the occasional rainstorm and offers a unique entry point; the front door leads directly into a kitchen in much the same way guests would enter a private home of someone they are especially close to back home. Offering granite counters topping custom cabinets painted crisp white, updated fixtures and high-end appliances in stainless steel ensure that meal prep will be fun again. The subway tile backsplash contrasts nicely with the light blue paint on the walls across from the breakfast bar where two padded barstools sit open, waiting to be utilized by guests enjoying a morning bowl of cereal under the watchful eye of a wood whale floating on the wall.

The light blue walls continue throughout the entirety of the space, leading the way into the living area where a sofa and loveseat offer a plush place to relax while watching the state-of-the-art television located directly across the room. A conversation area in front of one large window can be closed off with a series of privacy screens, allowing guests to enjoy private conversations, or to sleep through the night on a sofa sleeper tucked away in the back corner of the space.

The dining room sits between the living room and kitchen providing a comfortable spot to enjoy a homemade meal, play board games, or simply sit and contemplate what Siesta Key adventures will be experienced next. The dining room table seats 8 guests comfortably and the glass chandelier hanging above it keeps the space bright for however you plan on using it.

Serenity rules the master suite, where a padded leather headboard on the brand-new king bed provides a comfortable place to rest your head as you watch the new television hanging on the wall above the dresser. An En suite bath done all in white except for the blue starfish adorning the curtain on the walk-in shower and a border of blue-glass tiles running just below the window. The shower offers a jet panel system that features a rainfall waterfall shower head and separate wand for extra luxury.

Two brand new beds, one queen and one twin, offer premium mattresses and beach themed linens that feel soft against bare skin. A large flat screen television provides late night entertainment and the ensuite bath is tiled in oversized white subway tiles bordered with small blue-glass tiles that surround the shower.

A single car garage contains beach gear to be utilized by guests and provides space to keep rental cars out of the elements and is also where the full-sized stackable washer and dryer are located. An extra refrigerator in the garage can be stocked with your favorite beverages, ensuring you never run out of your drink of choice.

And finally, guests can choose to enjoy a dip in the gulf or a dip in the refreshing pool that is a part of the Crystal Sands community. The sea offers a unique experience, but sometimes nothing feels as good as the clear water of a chlorinated pool.
