If you're looking for peace, quiet and great ocean views, this is the home for you! You are just close enough to all of the local activities, shops and restaurants but when you return to your beach home, the peace awaits you. South Nags Head is a great community, thoughtfully planned with your vacation in mind. The kids will enjoy the wide, private streets for bike riding and everyone will appreciate the convenient beach accesses. Tranquil and calm, this quiet community is a wonderful world away from the hustle and bustle of the fast lane, buffered by the wilderness of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park on the west and the Atlantic Ocean on the east. The cottage offers decks for viewing both. A large yard is suitable for setting up volleyball and/or badminton games. Enjoy walking, running, biking, or roller blading on the 14 mile paved path right across the street on the ocean side. Visit the Elizabethan Gardens, the Aquarium, the Outlets, Jockey's Ridge State Park; kayak the back waters on the Sound, para sail, fly kites, watch the Lost Colony production, take a yoga class or two, bird watch....or do nothing at all but sit on the beach or grab a chair and book and a shady spot on one of the decks! Enjoy this spacious home with bright decor, a spacious kitchen, large bedrooms and a house built with fun and good times in mind!

This was a lovely house in a great location. The walk to the beach is short, the area is quiet and everything you need is within a short drive.

Great location, perfect for a small family

The location of this rental was fantastic. It's only a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the views from upper decks. Stan White also worked with us on extending our stay an extra couple of days which was a lovely surprise. The inside of the house was dated, but it was well equipped and met all of our needs. We would happily stay again.

Loved the floor plan! We had issues with the refrigerator and the stove. Pots and pans were minim.

Overall we were happy the cottage. Great location! However the grass had not been cut and the shrubs were over grown to the point of blocking walk ways and the front stairs.
