Comfortably furnished open-plan living and dining area has sliders to a exclusive-use large deck with the beach just steps away. This home has one of the largest backyards on the bay, extending to an amazing dock over the water. The views of Provincetown Bay are spectacular!

This unit is the entire first floor of a 2 family house. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated with plenty of Cape Cod cottage charm. There are two full baths in this unit. Driveway has 2 spaces. Large backyard is shared. SUNDAY to SUNDAY weekly rentals only during the summer. Shorter stays during the off-season.

Washer/dryer and Cable/Wifi.

This property is located on the beach in the best part of Provincetown, the quiet East End. There are no houses located in front or behind you. This provides nice privacy over many homes that are rented. Walk to the edge of the property and take in the amazing views of the bay or walk the beach. Walk to the center of town, only 15 minutes away through the beautiful gallery district.

This was the best rental we have had in Ptown -- better than the pictures. It was so comfortable and beautiful we hardly wanted to leave and ended up, eating at home and hosting several dinners with friends. Paul was a fantastic host and communicated perfectly. GREAT STAY! We will be back

Fantastic getaway vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation at this property! Amazing views from the dock/ back yard! The house met and exceeded our expectations. We enjoy walking so not an issue for us to walk into town from this property and we appreciated being in a quieter area than closer to town. Overall, we loved staying here and will look to rent again next summer!:)

Beautiful view in the East End

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beachfront cottage with beautiful views of Provincetown and the long point light house. The bathrooms are new and the kitchen has everything you need. Paul responded very quickly to my messages. Beds are comfortable and there were extra amenities like towels, blankets and kayaks.

Couldn't be better

House was everything we read about it. Very well appointed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. There was lots of space for the 6 of us, as the house is well designed along with the large deck and yard overlooking the bay.

Fabulous location and outdoor space

Very cute condo, renovated and well maintained. Good communication with the owners and nice touches throughout the home. Unfortunately the beds were quite soft and uncomfortable.. We were the only people there this week and we got to see the upstairs unit is beautiful too

A little piece of paradise

We had a wonderful time. There were a few things that made our stay awesome. The air conditioning that worked, tv’s (3), clean living room furniture, the overhang on deck, the beautiful flowers, and the most beautiful place to sit with a glass of wine, the dock. Can I think of anything that I would change, no. For us this was fantastic and we will definitely come again. Thank you Paul you have thought of everything. Five stars

Wonderful waterfront home in Provincetown

Spacious, nicely decorated, clean, in a quiet part of town although in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The views of the bay are amazing! Private beach and dock, deck and yard all overlooking the beautiful Provincetown bay.

This house was wonderful. A little lacking in closets, and storage, but it made up for it with the great back yard and direct bay access. I wish I was still in that hammock!

We stayed here July 2014 and it is THE best place

I am afraid to give away the secret of the nicest owners, French Bulldogs and spectacular house, deck and beach. Exceptionally clean and decorated. I have been going to P-Town for 20 years and nothing has ever even come close to this vacation spot. Our dogs loved it too. I am begging Paul to let us come back July 2015.

Amazing Waterfront Rental

I can't say enough about this amazing home. The property is spectacular with huge sliding glass doors that open to the ocean, a large open kitchen/dining/living area and a beautiful deck with table and plenty of seating. Everything was clean and bright, including large bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive. After renting many different properties in Ptown, we are excited to have finally found the place we'll return to each year.
