Excellent location, great communication

Yong was a great host - answered very promptly and made check in/out easy. Location downtown was great for access to the conference and food. House had 1 bathroom/room and was clean and orderly. Location of the house downtown did change slightly from booking to arrival.

Host cancelled

Despite several confirmations, the night of check in the property host canceled our reservation with out notice and wouldnt allow us access to the property. After many difficult phone calls it was decided that we could stay for the later half of our reservation but couldnt have it for the first days. This left us stranded with no housing. To further complicate things, it took the host 3 full days to officially cancel the booking in the system so VRBO could process the refund. The entire experience was awful.
