This well-appointed home can sleep up to 12 people, including 6 in the fun bunk room. It has 4+ bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. It is equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. You can also stream shows and movies through Netflix.

Ken's home was absolutely wonderful with many modern updates. The view alone is worth the price of admisssion. We spent many hours enjoying the scenery from the screened in porches, kayaking, boating with a rented pontoon boat, and just being together. It was very comfortable and well-maintained. Communication with Ken was easy and he was extremely responsive.

Perfect Getaway

This property was better than I could’ve imagined. It had a layout similar to homes we’ve stayed in in OBX so it was unique to MD. The rooms were spacious and the bunk bed room was a hit with my kids. Our favorite part about the property was the view from the dock, the screened in porches and the kayaks. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and it just gave the perfect start to our trip. We’ll definitely be back for another wonderful stay.

We can't say enough nice things about this property. This home is beautiful with all the amenities you would need-from a well stocked kitchen, to fabulous bathrooms and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. When we had a questions, it was immediately answered by the owner/host. If we decide to vacation in Ocean Pines next year, this will be the first house we will check for availability.

We loved the property. We enjoyed the porch and water toys. (Boats) We really appreciated the wine, candy and bagels. We did miss having the use of the washer and dryer. We noticed that less paper goods were supplied. We loved that linens were supplied This is a beautiful home.

Our family was very pleased with the property. We had stayed in Ocean Pines last year and we wanted to again this year so this house was one that we will be going back too. The included porches are awesome. The kayaks and paddle boats were the bomb. Our kids loved them!!! The house was clean and so spacious. The kids room is so super cool. We had 6 kids and they flipping loved the room!!!! We are totally booking for next year!!!!!!!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely love staying in Ocean Pines. This house is the perfect set up for the range of ages in my extended family. My sister's family has 3 young children and mine has 2. Along with our 5 kids, we comfortably fit my parents, brother and sister in law. This home provided enough space to enjoy some quiet fishing outside, but also a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee each day. Our highlight was watching the dolphins swim by one morning! The location is perfect for going to the grocery store, restaurants, Assateague, and Ocean City. This is our 2nd time staying here and we look forward to coming back again!

Sunrise pleasure

This is a beautiful property. Everything you need on vacation is supplied. The Decour is tasteful ,the house is spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. The property sits on a body of water where you can fish crab kayak canoe and enjoy Maryland without leaving home if you didn’t want to. The hosts have supplied everything. including passes to Assateague Island parking passes and treats at the local bakery. This is the place to stay.

We loved our stay in Ocean Pines!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ken and Hazel’s place. We come to Ocean City every year and this is the best house we stayed in by far. Ken and Hazel have thought of everything one could need while on vacation. The house was clean and roomy enough for all 8 of us. The waterfront in the back of the property is perfect. We purposely come to Ocean City every year for crabbing and the crabbing was fantastic. We caught a bushel. The kids enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boats. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Highly Recommend this house for any family vacation. We will be back!!!! The Andrey & Murray Family

Wonderful place

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Ocean Pines! When we arrived I immediately noticed how clean the house was. That made us feel comfortable and at home. The house was absolutely gorgeous (the bathrooms and kitchen were updated since we booked it), and it was a perfect size for 3 families to be able to spread out but still come together. It was so peaceful on the bay and we saw a couple beautiful sunsets. The covered, screened in deck was like an extra room, and we spent a lot of time out there. Also, Ken and Hazel left us a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and a gift card to a bagel restaurant, which I was not expecting! We loved being close to Ocean City but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend! We hope to return!
