About this property

A very well kept three bedroom villa located on George Fazio Golf Course with lots of room for the family to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen has been fully renovated and has all stainless steel appliances. There is a reading area just off the kitchen. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living room is comfortable with plenty of seating and has an HDTV. There is a slider going out to your private deck with a table set that looking over the George Fazio Golf Course. You will be able to watch golfers teeing off all day long!

One bedroom is located on the main level and you will find two bedrooms on the upper level. The main level bedroom features two twins and an HDTV. The bathroom downstairs has a tiled walk in shower.

Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with a king bed, HDTV and bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The the primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

The beach can be accessed by a 10-15 minute bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy in-resort shuttle service. The shuttle service is free, while being seasonal and on-call. There is a private community pool and tennis courts. This villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

Family Christmas Stay Cation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year, with 8 folks here for Christmas, we rented a larger villa for space and comfort. I live here on Hilton Head year round but only have a 2 bedroom condo. Wanting to keep everyone safe, comfortable and happy, we decided to rent a larger villa so that everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom, and we had a larger kitchen and living room area to spread out and enjoy Christmas meals and family time together. We chose 911 because of the bedroom set up as well as the porch area, which was great as we always grill out on Christmas day.. 911 Inverness the perfect!
