Living the Dream- Pool, WIFI, Arcade Machine, Ping Pong

Located only a five minute walk from the magnificent Dunsborough beach, this four bedroom property has everything required for the perfect family getaway. As you enter the main living area of Living the Dream, you will notice the warmth of the home, characterized by the Black Butt wooden floors. Bursting open to a living area that is light and airy, which incorporates the modern well equipped kitchen complete with gas cooktop and electric oven, and everything you will require to cook up a hearty meal for the whole family. The solid eight seater dining table is located in between the kitchen and the relaxing TV area with its large screen TV and comfy lounges. The Master bedroom is at the front of the house and consists of a very comfortable king sized bed, and storage space is at a premium with a huge walk in robe located between the bedroom and its modern en-suite. Two of the other three bedrooms are appointed with queen beds with two bunk beds in the final fourth room. These rooms are serviced by the family bathroom, which houses both a shower and bath. In between the bedrooms and family room is a separate living area for you to watch DVDs or just chill on the new Sofa Bed. Sliding doors lead you out to an alfresco area complete with comfortable seating, BBQ and sun lounges. This also marries in to the covered outdoor area thru more glass doors where family can have breakfast, lunch or dinner with easy access to the pool area. This outdoor area at Living the Dream is of the highest quality, with sparkling swimming pool ready for you to enjoy and watch the family at play.

-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

Family Friendly

A great place for a family and extended family to stay together. We had grandchildren and children and the property was perfect for us. The amusements, swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, arcade games etc were a big hit with everyone. It is located near the sea and the shops etc.

Perfect family holiday property. Well located for all the region offers. When at the property it has something for all ages and is well set up for each age group to do there own thing or get together for family fun.
