Hi Lydia,
We are happy to hear that you find the house cozy and relaxing. Thank you for staying with us and we hope we can host you again sometime soon.
Regards,
Beautiful home in a very remote location. Enjoyed the fire pit and wrap around porch. It is definitely remote. Clean with some signs or wear in the bathroom. Host was responsive and helpful
We really enjoyed our stay, but the driveway was very muddy, and it was hard to avoid because it went right in front of the door. We also had some issues with the oven, I don’t recommend using it. That being said, when I contacted the emergency number about the oven, the host was very quick to respond and very helpful. It is just not very user friendly (this coming from a professional baker).
Other than that, everything was great. They left a brand new tennis ball out for our puppy as well as a nice dog bed. The cabin is beautiful and very accurate to the pictures. We would definitely stay again, or look at the company's other properties.

Nice House, Good Location, But Do Better on a Few Things
The house has a nice, airy flow to it; beds are comfortable. Bathroom is modern with good hot water. The kitchen is nicely laid out and efficient.
The house is a short drive to Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park. New Paltz is close, so the location is great.
What could be improved?
1. A large area, too big to jump over, in front of the door is pure mud even on dry days. Shoes get wet and it's slippery.
2. There's no microwave.
3. There are no dining chairs with backs, only benches.
4. There are no dressers or shelves in the bedrooms.
5. The audio for the TV was very low. Responses to texts reporting the problem were prompt and friendly, but not at all helpful in resolving the problem; the settings were all what they should have been, yet still very low audio. The next day, the audio cut out completely.

We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future, providing an even more enjoyable stay.

Wonderful start to 2022
This place was magical; I spent four nights here relaxing and enjoying the peace of this beautiful place. It’s filled with tons of light. I loved every minute here!
Clean and cozy home that has everything you need to relax. We booked this house last minute when we needed a weekend out of the city. The house had everything we needed so we didn't have to run out to the local store to get supplies. The bathroom was clean & tidy, the beds were comfortable & the wood fireplace was the star of the show! The house was warm & great for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire. Five Stars, would definitely book this place again!
