Beautiful house / great service!
We had a great stay up in Bryson City for the polar express! This house was perfect for our family of 4 - plenty of room. A great, quiet stay which worked well since both our kids nap.The owner went above and beyond to help return one of our kids loveys that we forgot. Happy kiddos and happy parents. We’ll be staying here again next year for the polar express!
The entire experience was great.....from booking the house to actually arriving at our destination. The host was great through the whole process and providing easy directions to the house. Once we arrived, the house was extremely clean, well stocked with the basics and easy directions to surrounding facilities and attractions.
Five friends and myself stayed here for a 50 year reunion. It suited was perfectly. A lovely house and setting. We loved the front porch and enjoyed our morning coffee there. Would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful, well kept home. Had everything we needed. Most importantly to us, very accessible with everything on one floor and only 3 steps to enter. Hosts were very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet and very clean! Hope to return again next year!

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed with our two teenage kids and they absolutely loved the farm animals! The home was cozy and had a beautiful view of the farm right out the huge living room windows. We enjoyed our nights on the patio, playing board games and watching for the fireflies. Owners were very easy to get hold of with any questions we had.
We really liked the place. It was quiet and big. The view out of the living room is tremendous. While it is surrounded by trees it is rather dark in the house, althought the pictures at VRBO show a very light house.
We loved our stay - the home was beautiful, nicely decorated and awesome view: it is a winner!
The property is great with awesome views. Everything was clean and we lacked nothing for our trip, The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped: t
The owner contacted us several time in preparation for the trip and also during the stay to ensure all was good! We will be returning - it gets 5 stars from me and my family!!
This was a fantastic house that felt like home. The kids had a great time feeding the fish and wondering in the woods. Very close to anything you need and tons of hiking trails. We will be back!
Didn’t see the house number but additional directions from onsite contact was helpful. House was clean, cozy and comfortable. The view and peacefulness from the front porch was amazing! Can’t wait to visit again!
This was our third trip to Bryson City and this house is one of our favorites! The location is perfect and the house is very homey. The porch is a great spot to sit and sip coffee and our kids even enjoyed sitting out there. The horse and fish pond were an added bonus. We also loved having a garage. 10/10 would recommend and plan on staying here again!!!

Great property
The house was cozy and spacious, clean and well cared for. We loved taking a walk in the property to the small fish pond to feed the fish, as encouraged by the host. Our girls loved it! They loved the games and the twin size beds in the “kids’” room. The view from the front porch is gorgeous!
Loved this home. Great location just mere minutes from town but you felt a million miles away. Very spacious home with great big front windows overlooking the valley below and the mountains up high. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed all the home had to offer. Stocked well with kitchen and bath essentials. Will definetly stay here again.
The home brought peace and serenity. For the month of February in the mountains, we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio for drinks and snacks.
Amply supplied made it feel like home.
Cheers to the owners.
