It’s extra family friendly with toys & games, outdoor pool for the kids & lots of dining, entertaining & lounge spaces for everyone to relax & enjoy (+ ducted AC upstairs). With 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, the house sleeps 10 people all up, ideal for a big family holiday!

The Space:
As you enter the home via the front stairs you’re greeted by a wonderfully open plan gourmet kitchen & spacious living / dining area, with ample seating & bench space. Towards the front of the house is the lounge area with Smart TV & seating. Relax out on the front balcony looking out across the lawn to the peaceful green park straight across the road complete with kids playground / swings & nature to explore. The gourmet kitchen opens seamlessly via large glass sliding doors onto the massive covered back deck that looks out over the sparkling private salt water pool & garden. The property is fully fenced (1.8 m high) & offers a private relaxing place to swim, dine & play.

1 Master bedroom with a King bed

3 bathrooms (2 as ensuite), + one extra toilet located in the laundry area.

Master bedroom (upstairs):

2 x Single Beds, built-in wardrobe and zoned ducted AC.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs):
1 x Single & 1 King single bed , built-in wardrobe and zoned ducted AC.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs):
A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, a small flat screen TV and zoned ducted AC.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs):
A plush queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, pedestal fan, plus an ensuite bathroom with toilet & shower.

Kitchen
- Help yourself to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 90cm oven, gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher & slow cooker (great for quick easy dinners after a long day at the beach!)
- The kitchen offers a coffee plunger, coffee & specialty tea
(Specialty coffee at one of our favourite cafes One Block Back only 400m/5 min walk)

You'll have access to the majority of the house, there are some storage areas that are locked off.

The Neighborhood:
The house is 1km walk to Moffat Beach & about 600m to shops & cafes. Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the sandy inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags.

There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema & skateparks within a short driving distance.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Moffat Beach) is 1km away and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:

A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

Airport shuttles can get you to the home from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

* There is external surveillance (only) set up for protection & security of the property.

*Pool depth - 1 metre in the front & 1.8-2m in the deep end

*Fence height - 1.8 m in most parts
