Quiet and comfortable
My boyfriend, our dogs and I, had a lovely time! The location was easy to find, easy to check into and was an all around good stay. The dogs were able to explore the property with us and quickly adjusted!

Nice property
The Cabin was just what we expected. Great for our anniversary weekend get away. The hot tub was ok, but not properly cleaned before our arrival.

Don’t plan on going back
Host was was very hard to get in contact with before and during our stay. We kept having people randomly show up to do different things that should have been done BEFORE we arrived. Cabin was clean. Air conditioner was useless since it’s not big enough for the cabin. Basically, there’s no AC but they do provide you w a box fan, stand up fan, ceiling fan in living room and a ceiling fan outside above hot tub. Good luck with that. Just a simple thing like walking from the bathroom/bedroom to the door will have you drenched in sweat. If you have a someone with asthma traveling with you do not book this cabin. It will not be good for them. They will suffer from the heat inside cabin. Raised the concerns w the host AND Evolve. NO response from Evolve, host did finally respond and came out to check ac unit. Said “the previous renters had it set to come on at 252pm” he “fixed it” and told me he would be back in about 30 minutes. We never saw him again. He offered a different cabin, it didn’t make sense to re pack and move. Then he offered a free additional night, we ended up still leaving on our initial check out date. Why would we stay another night in there a no AC. The only reason we stayed the 2nd night is because we had already paid for it. Also, you’re charged a cleaning fee of just under $100 only for the check out “rules” to tell you to run dishwasher and make sure the cabin is in the same shape/condition it was when you arrived. Why am I paying a cleaning fee only to clean it myself? The grill was nasty and had to be scraped and cleaned prior to cooking. These are little things that can be addressed so I don’t understand why they haven’t been. Location was good, very quiet and easy to find. However there is no view of anything but trees and the other cabins. At the end of the day, I was very disappointed and will not be staying at this cabin again. Be careful reading some of the “positive reviews” since they are word for word mirroring each other. That makes me wonder if the host or management company is boosting the ratings themselves.

Weekend Getaway
3 for cleanliness is only because there were items left from the previous person that were not removed from the cabin. Otherwise a great little cabin for a weekend getaway
