The good. 1. beautiful furniture, clean spacious rooms. Ample closet. 2. latest appliances, excellent thermostat. 3. clean, spacious and convenient garage. 3. Lanai well furnished. Kitchen bar seats great. The bad 1. pump noise from Chiquita 2. no ladder or rails to enter and exit pool. 3. master bed too high 4. mini ant problem in kitchen 5. no gas in BBQ grill 6. apartments behind lanai limit privacy 7. no mops or dust pans available to self clean

This home is brand new and stocked with everything you will need. It’s exactly how described and as pictures show. This was an awesome place for my family that I stay for the week.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Betten sind super bequem, die Raumaufteilung und -ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu guter letzt, sollte man den schönen Garten und Poolbereich erwähnen. Unsere kleine Tochter und wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Alles in Allem war es für uns der perfekte Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht und erhofft hatten. Zum Strand und den Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist es auch nicht weit, sodass auch die Lage der Villa für uns perfekt war. Ein Publix Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Siedlung ist ein schöner Spielplatz, den wir sehr gern besucht haben.
