Byron Bay hinterlands vintage-styled nature oasis!
Escape to the beautiful Byron Bay Hinterlands for a change of pace & a breather in an abundance of beautiful nature, with a relaxing semi-outdoor living area, including a relaxing sunken bath with a gorgeous view of nature.
The 5 acre property is only 13kms from the town centre of Byron Bay but far enough away to enjoy the privacy & solitude the hinterlands offers with access to wide open fresh air without seeing anyone but the kangaroos, koalas & birds.
This fully self-contained unique abode consists of an original vintage caravan (ie this serves as the bedroom equipped with air conditioning & fans), an open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous industrial-style bathroom, with a glass ceiling for star gazing, a large sunken outdoor bath & an outdoor fire-pit, great for cooler nights.
Sleeping arrangements (please note, so you are fully aware): There is a custom-made inner spring double bed ie double width, queen length & another king single bed. All linen and bath towels etc are provided. The caravan is very cosy, with A/C, fans, a TV, fridge, sink, wardrobe & storage space.
AND we allow pets, so please feel free to bring your pet & let us know when you book as we charge a small pet fee per stay. However please note we don't permit pets in the van, as unfortunately our beautiful pets leave way too much hair & sometimes smells behind which other guests don't particularly appreciate. We may need to charge an extra cleaning fee if this occurs, which we really don't enjoy doing.

Yes it was a beautiful set up relaxing very clean and comfortable owners have done a great job with the place close to everything you need and feeling your miles away well done
The communication with the hosts was fantastic - easy to follow instructions and really helpful with things to do in the area. The caravan was cute - the double bed is quite small so factor that in if you are planning on 2 adults sleeping in the one bed.

we expected a bigger caravan with an inside sitting area for night time especially. It was fine during the day. It was too far from everything. It was'nt quite our thing but I can see why some people would love it. It was OK for a short stay
A lot of thought has gone into detail for comfort of guests. Everything one wanted was there. Thankyou.

It’s a lovely location. Photos are a little out of date - there’s construction ongoing at the property. The place seems a little rough around the edges - in a charming rustic way but also a “could do with a freshen up” way - and lacks a few thoughtful touches that may have made the stay more enjoyable. The caravan is very quaint and was cosy, but the exposed nature of the bathroom and living area makes it a chilly option for a country getaway in winter - a wood burning stove or greater attention to the fire pit area to make it a more pleasant and useable space might have made the stay a little more comfortable. Loved the visits from the neighbours dogs, and it was incredibly peaceful waking to the sounds of nature and the foggy hillside. A pleasant stay overall. Communication from the owners was great and it was easy to find the accommodation.
