This wonderful cabin in Packwood was the perfect way to end our family trip to the Pacific Northwest. The location makes it easily accessible to both the Sunrise and Paradise sections of Mt Rainier National Park. It is close to town yet provides a quiet and peaceful setting with views out the back. We had elk visit the meadows each day which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property to others looking for a stay near the national park.

Mount Rainier Trip
We had a wonderful time exploring Mount Rainier National Park. The home was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was very clean and we enjoyed watching the elk one evening in the back of the house.
Very clean. Kitchen amenities were great for the cooking we did. Seeing the herd of elk was amazing. The area is beautiful. The deck with heat lamp was our favorite living space. Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and well accommodated. Just as an idea…nothing I would post publicly, but the BBQ was so dirty it’s unusable, which was a bit disappointing but certainly did not skew our opinion of the property or the overall stay. Also, backyard ambiance is lacking, but again…we really had a nice time and loved the house and location.

Kent, thanks so much for the constructive feedback. Especially about the BBQ. We aren’t there as often as we would like, so it’s great to have something to focus on. We will brainstorm some back yard ideas!
This was a perfect weekend getaway for us. I found it to be very cozy and well-equipped. The beds and couches are not the comfiest ever, but otherwise no complaints, we had a great time!
Fantastic property and very clean. Perfect for our 2 couples

Great House!
This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay during a quick skiing and snowboarding trip to White Pass. The house was in great shape and clean, easy to find, comfortable, and we loved waking up every morning toa herd of elk in the field behind the house.
Lovely cabin in a small neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large porch watching the elk in the mornings and evenings. It was our home base for visiting Mount Rainer NP. It’s near a town with groceries and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans. We found everything we needed. Central air conditioning was greatly appreciated.

Christmas weekend
This was a great stay! Plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. Great yard for the dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
We enjoyed our two-night stay. Everything was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beds aren't great, but they're adequate for a few nights.
