Short get away

We have stayed at this location several times. We love the area and the resort. We don't like that if we rent a room a little cheaper on VRBO that we can get the water park and the fun zone but we also understand. Overall stay was great.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property. The view was great and the pool was easy to get too. The biggest problem we had were with the elevators either not working or over packed and the parking garage never had space which made grocery shopping difficult. The beach was beautiful and had life gaurds that wer very attentive

Dirty

This room is spacious, but it is filthy. To charge a cleaning fee is absolutely insane based on the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the condo.

**Great location, spacious!** Needs some updates though. No linens provided despite being promised (got them on day 3 after buying our own). Microwave broke mid-use & maintenance couldn't fix it. Still a good fit for a big group (10 of us).

1001 unit only

We were changed to 701 but was not communicated to check in office. We were sent to 1001 which was in terrible shape. Spent the night there. Was helpedby Nick from Elliot the next day and got into 701 which was better. However air was not working and total air unit had to be replaced. Causing much disarray

False advertisement as in the waterpark you do not get the waterpark passes. They lied to us. Also, you need to take your own linens because there is not enough. We was not told that and we was not told that we have to wash our own linen and vacuum and clean before we left.

Thank you for the feedback, it is in our listing that the waterpark is not included in your stay. linens are provided for each bedroom including two towels per person, you have to clean up and make sure that all trash is removed. The linens could have been put in a bag for the housekeepers to pick up. We apologize you did not enjoy your stay and that you got inaccurate information for your stay.

Disappointing. Room needs overhaul,curtains rotting and food or blood on them,burn holes in carpet,paint chipping off cabinets in kitchen,could not use the amenities of Sand dunes resort. Was told since we wnt through Elliott Realty we could only use a certain pool. No one allowed on lazy river or kids waterpark. It was a shame.

Nice views of beach but poor maintenance of the unit

Good location and views, but property is not well maintained. We experienced lot of small flies (appears like a fruit fly) inside the apartment and even in bathrooms and bedrooms, getting into food and noses. Also hallway bath having strong stinky and musty smell that did not go away even after spraying odor nuetralizer. Cooking pots have rusty screws to the handles, did not feel safe using them. The tile floors in the hallway are wet and slippery when we entered the home, and it was slippery, not sure what the cleaning staff used to clean the floor, it felt wet for two days. I was expecting atleast some coffee grounds to make morning coffee, nothing in the unit, be prepared to bring your own stuff.

Worst Beach stay ever

Property was nice. Room was dirty had to clean sheets and showers before using them. Roaches in the cabinets in kitchen and around washing machine and dryer. Online ad said we could use water park and all amenities once we arrived and checked in however when we get to water park we aren't allowed to enter because we had rented through Elliott Beach Rentals even though the ad said we could. We talked to manager at property and rental company and still wasn't allowed. Not enough parking and if you leave after 7 pm and come back you can't find a Parking spot and the additional lots are just as packed. The front desk person told me to park in the pay parking and just make sure my car was moved at 9am or they would tow my vehicle. The price we paid for 10 days we shouldn't have to park in pay parking. Everyone at the resort was rude. They have dirty perverted old men that work at the restaurant that will come out and sit at the bar and watch the young girls under the age of 18. Had to report one man to the owner before I took matters into my own hands. I don't play when it comes to my kids. The beach was the best part of the vacation. And I wouldn't recommend anyone use Elliott Beach Rentals unless you want a boring vacation because they change the ad once you check in so you can't use the amenities. Was supposed to have a beachfront view and was put in a side view room. Overall very unhappy with this stay.
