Perfect accommodation close to theme parks

The place was clean, communication was good with property company. The neighbour is quiet and family friendly. Close to amusement parks and anything else you might want to do.

Excellent house

The house was well stocked, great location, host was very responsive and quick to respond.Looks like the pictures. Pool and hot tub nice and warm, got lots of use out if them, the grandkids loved itWould come back

Excellent property and so close to all theme park attractions

Overall our experience was wonderful. Beds and couches very comfortable, location was excellent, pool and hot tub were perfect. Only negative were shower heads a bit clogged, didn’t let water flow freely, middle bathroom shower leaked (we didn’t use).

Anniversary trip

The communication from the company was great as we arrived just after Hurricane Ian went through. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. The resort was clean, safe, and great for all. Nice clubhouse and pool and the staff were professional and kind. I would definitely rent this house and others at the Is resort in the future. Easy drive to all parks and shopping and restaurants Close by.

This was by far the BEST VACATION HOME that I've stayed in!

This home was immaculate! Every room from the front door, hallway, bathrooms and even outdoor furniture was beautifully decorated. kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need. The linens on the beds, the towels the face cloths even the rug's on the floor were top notch. My only complaint is that there's was no iron. I always read the reviews before I book travel and I found that some reviews are not always true. But I promise you that this review that I am leaving may be an understatement because out of five stars it should be a ten! LOVE LOVE LOVE this home. Hats off to the owner who really invested money to truly make this feel like home away from home.

Problems galore

Nobody wants to rent and house for a week on vacation to find so many problems .Here s a list to this place. 1 the washer didn't spin the cloths dry .who want to go to the laundry mat on your vacation!2The patio door to the pool did not lock !q Who wants to sleep in a house thats not safely Secure!3 the sink and master shower had little to no water pressure!4There were bugs all over the counter and tabke when we eating crawling on are plates.gross!!5the remote to the TV for our kids room didn't work. 6 After paying for heat for the pool wasn't hot nor the hot tub only heating to temperature a few times .7 the sprinklers run for two day straight couldnt get in the car out side without getting wet. Dont worry about parking in the garage you won't fit!!Try to get a hold of management to fix these problems but got no where .so if your looking at renting this place I would take all this in consideration!!!!

I do see you reported the other listed issues upon checking out. The only issue that was brought to our attention during the week was the AC. We would have been happy to rectify these during your stay should we have known earlier, but will absolutely have them looked into.

Great house and location

The house was great, pool was clean. It was a great location that was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing I’d recommend is more bath towels/washcloths because there were more beach towels than bath towels. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice place - power & heat issues

Overall a nice place but had issues with house power going out multiple times On-site repair guy relayed incorrect message to property management saying due to storm but power went out when all inside and no storm Also seemed like the heat did not stay where needed as a cold week in Florida

Perfect house

If you are reading this review look no further. The house is beautiful. Perfect for a family. As soon as you open the door you feel at home. Everything was perfect from the decor to the furniture. I definitely recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

This house was great for our week long stay. We had our 3 kiddos (3 yo, 5 yo and 9 yo) and we went to Disney each day. The drive to the parks was quick and easy. I love that this was a single story house, no bunk beads and had a great pool. The house is also close to Walmart for a quick grocery pickup which is a must for us. We would gladly stay in this house and in this neighborhood in the future.
