Perfect for families! Mountain home just steps from the lake in a prime Gilner Point location. Walk to the lake and marina. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Short drive to ski resorts! Enjoy the fresh air out on the covered front porch and sunny back deck. Comfortable, spacious single-level floor plan, a spacious fenced yard backing to the treed acreage offers a feeling of peace and privacy.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a river rock fireplace with efficient wood stove insert. and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with jet tub, and deck access. Second bedroom has a king bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. Third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, and double/twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, island, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Pool table in open concept living/kitchen area. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Washer/dryer available.
