Seagulls Seaport is a 1900 sq ft 3-bedroom waterfront pet-friendly home just off the harbor in Oriental and comes with a deep water protected boat slip (16 x 45 Depth 4') in your backyard. This is an ideal spot for liveaboard voyagers needing their feet on the shore for a short time or vacationers looking to bring their toy and want a protected dock (in their back yard)!

Seagulls Seaport is located just over the Robert Scott Bridge across from the Village of Oriental and within walking / bicycling distance to everything Oriental. Our completely remodeled two story home has a reverse floorplan, with a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath on the second floor. A wide two-story deck surrounds the second story of our home offering scenic water views and wonderful Oriental Harbor sunsets ideal for entertaining or solitude. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans and basic cooking supplies you'll need to cook up a delicious meal. Downstairs you'll find the bedrooms and laundry with full size washer & dryer. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and full bath with a twin vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom #2 has a queen, and the crew quarters #3 has two twin beds, with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have views of the harbor or water just feet away. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for the wayfaring travelers. Seagulls Seaport is also equipped with high speed internet and cable tv. Linens and towels are provided.

* If your four legged friend is invited, the house has an enclosed fenced yard, perfect for you dog to run around and enjoy the salty harbor breeze.

Boat slip is equipped with water and electric. Nearest boat ramp is less than a mile away. Yard has plenty of room to park your trailer.

About our Village - Oriental is a very international coastal village in eastern North Carolina on the inner banks where where the Pamlico Sound meets the brackish Neuse River. This scenic year-round boating destination is great for anyone looking to getaway for the weekend, or an extended stay. This bike, dog, and sailor friendly hideaway is known for its breath-taking waterfront views, great fishing, crabbing, steady winds, and community events. Our local hospitality will welcome you to experience local events such as our annual Croaker festival, Dragon Run, Community Yard Sale, Music Festivals, Farmer's Market, and more. This property allows well behaved dogs under 40 lbs with a $25 per day pet fee collected by the host prior to arrival.
