Combining the convenience of being situated on sought after Garrick Street, walking distance to Macrossan Street where you can shop or dine to your heart’s desire, and 100 metres from the iconic white sands of famous Four Mile Beach – Tropic Villa has you perfectly situated!

This double-storey villa features a bright open floorplan with modern fittings, stunning furniture and louvers throughout that open onto lush tropical gardens.
The upper level of the property is exquisitely appointed with three generous bedrooms and three recently revitalised bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a large private balcony overlooking the park.
On the Lower level, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and stone bench tops. This opens up to an outdoor pavilion/living area perfect for alfresco entertaining with a barbeque dinner by the heated pool.
The Villa is beautifully and comfortably furnished, fully airconditioned and offers all modern conveniences for your stay in our beautiful tropical region.

House was in excellent condition. Spacious living area, big bedrooms with lots of storage / hanger space. All mod cons provided. Only a 5 minute walk to beach and a few minutes more to Macrossan St. Highly recommended!
