Very nice house. Short drive to Brewster restaurants, shops, museums and galleries. Apartment is a bonus and is connected to the upstairs hallway so it still feels like it is part of the house.

Everything was perfect! The home was clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the extra space above the garage and we all loved the back yard. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Stay in Brewster

Rented this Property for a Golf weekend with some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless and it has a great outdoor space. I would definitely rent this place again. Delmar was very easy to work with and the check out was very easy.

Happy overall

It was a nice property in a nice location. A few things could be improved to make the experience better though. 1 the floor was swept but still very dirty, they should be moped every week. When we would wipe some up off the floor it was black, and out feet were black as well. 2 some utensil for the famous lobster dinner should be provided, there were no lobster crackers or little forks which made our lobster dinner very difficult. Other than those improvements everything was satisfactory.
