There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 12 guests, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room.
The fully equipped kitchen is in the heart of the home, making holiday entertaining a breeze.
CALEDONIA is fully fenced & has a huge yard front & back perfect for summer BBQS or just relaxing with a book or a cool drink.
There is a Huge trampoline in the front yard for kids to enjoy all year round.

What a wonderful house! A well provided comfortable house that is ideally located. The beach is only 5 mins walk away and shops about the same. There is so much to do in this area and a pool to come home to was great. 11 of us had a very comfortable stay and l would recommend this house for a family getaway, it is indeed the ultimate beach house!

A beautiful, spacious home with one of the best pool/spas we've ever stayed at! Thanks to Simone for her great communication and for ensuring the kitchen came with everything we needed. Heaps of glassware, crockery and cutlery and the convenience of a dishwasher. The location of the house was so close to the beach and the local shops which we visited every day. We had a great stay. Great house in a perfect location right near the beach. Only negative was the house needs a good clean. Kitchen draws have lots of crumbs and plate and cups are dirty. Kitchen pendants full of dust. Apart from that. House was perfect.

Fantastic beach holiday with the family

The house and the location was perfect, and very close to the beach, the shops as Woolworts and the restaurants. The pool was also fantastic and warm. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were with a family of 10 persons and we had a very good time!
