Walk down your private stairs to the water's edge and go kayaking or rent a slip at the Oyster River Marina and bring your own boat. Window A/C units in all of the bedrooms, WiFi and flat screen TV keeps you connected. This home comes with a "Welcome Bag": a reusable tote with paper and cleaning compliments of the owner. Location location but very tired house

House it’s a classic old cape home that has had a number of additions over the years. Still has very small original kitchen with new fridge and DW but otherwise no counter space or updating. We did not ever cook because it would be logistically challenging. The family room was VERY worn and tired: Filthy brown commercial carpet (maybe run a carpet steamer in there before the season??) and old faded sofa. Nice primary bedroom but furnishings were also old and tired. Outside was also unimpressive with tired peeling outdoor wicker sette set, broken market umbrella (called realtor and they promptly replaced), and no outdoor dining table. HOWEVER, the location was amazing and as avid paddleboard and kayakers with direct access to the water, we were willing to put up with how tired and limited the house was. Overall “good” only because of location and direct access to water. Would only consider renting agin if it was cleaned up.
