Located at the very beginning of Lake Labelle, which has a navigable length of 14 km, this magnificent newly built cottage, right on the water’s edge, is sure to amaze you. With its private beach and dock, come enjoy swimming, pedal boats, kayaks, canoes, or even a rowing boat (a 9.9-hp motor is available for rent). A floating dock available for your use will delight your children. The cottage is laid out over two floors; on the garden level, you’ll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. A full bathroom with a tub, a large family room equipped with a TV and Wii console, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table, as well as access to the spa located beneath the outdoor deck. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. Full bathroom with a ceramic shower and washer-dryer. Open-concept kitchen with an island, dining area, and living room, overlooking the lake and its stunning sunsets, plus a slow-burning fireplace.
