Margs Central Stay | Margaret River Apartment

Margs Central Stay is a great holiday apartment right in the middle of Margaret River town. There are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king bed, TV, air-conditioner and small balcony, the 2nd bedroom has a king & a single bed. It’s a great space for two couples, friends to share or for a family of 5.

The Space

Downstairs there is an open plan living / dining area that opens off the kitchen. There is also a laundry with powder room (2nd toilet & hand basin). Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower and spa bath, the toilet is next to the bathroom in a powder room.

The apartment is fully self contained and offers a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine & dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioner to the living area and both bedrooms and an open plan living area which opens onto a deck with BBQ.

There is also a separate lockable storage shed opposite the apartment that can be used to store bikes and surfboards etc.

Other things to note:

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. You will be asked via our online software (Duve) which beds you would like made up with linen. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys, had a perfect time here, a great base for walking around MR and mountain biking! And the proximity to the MEND sauna experience was fantastic! Will come again!

We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids!
We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests.
