This house offers all the comforts and modern day amenities, like central a/c, thoughtful design, gourmet kitchen with a large leathered granite island perfect for cooking and interacting with your friends/family. Want to enjoy the Colorado sunshine? The side yard offers a patio with BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and large Hot tub for relaxing. Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Downtown Cottage! The property was spotless — super clean, bright, and easy to manage. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was a dream: warm, easy to use, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking was right outside the door, and the location couldn't have been better — a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the University and historic downtown. Highly recommend!

Vacation-Central Location

This cottage was fantastic. I would totally recommend it if you're looking for a central location that's easily accessible by car. Everything about it was wonderful. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Cute safe clean house in a great location

We loved our second stay here. Everything you need is there. Very safe and clean. 2 bedrooms and a large living kitchen area with everything you need. CMU and main street are on walking distance. We would definitely book this again.

Beautiful, well furnished cottage

This small house was the highlight of our trip. Thoughtfully designed and well furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked with all the supplies and utensils for our week in and around Grand Junction. Everything worked well, nothing needed repair, communications with landlord was perfect, and we were comfortable the whole time. We look forward to staying here again.

So clean, bright and easy to manage. Parking was right outside the front door. Cottage is very close to the University and old downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub worked perfectly. Thank you!!

We totally enjoyed staying at this property. The quality of the construction of the home is on point. High end appliances and coffee maker. Even left us peach jelly and our dog treats.

Exceeded expectations

The house is small and comfortable and well cleaned. We took our fur baby with us and when we walked in we could see the vacuum lines on the couch! For a place that allows dog, that was comforting to see. All of the amenities were exactly what we needed with easy access to downtown, the river walk, and only 10-15 min to the national monument. Overall we were pleasantly surprised! Our one recommendation is to add a light on the house number because it was a little difficult to see when you arrive after it's dark. But, that's just being nit picky.

Everything was wonderful about this property! Well thought out, all new , & spotless! One major, major downfall, checkout time is not the standard 11.00 am! Cleaning crew was standing outside staring at us & other guests next door waiting for us to leave @ 9:30 am! Very uncomfortable & unprofessional!! Ruined our morning, totally stressed myself & my husband out , after a wonderful relaxing, much needed rest. Please resolve this issue & everything would be 100% perfect! We really loved this place other than that issue

Very clean and quiet. Central to everything we like to do in Grand Junction. Ride the Monument, ride the colorado river trail, and eat good food!

I stayed a month at this VRBO for work and was able to get in skiing, biking and hiking on weekends. Home had everything needed to make meals and my dog loved the fenced in yard. Very close to downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

Came out for some amazing road biking in the area. The location was perfect to ride to the monument from the house. The kitchen and house are beautiful. Very well done. Lovely fenced in yard and phenomenal communication from property manager. Highly recommend this property!
