Our beach house has direct access to Broken Head beach which extends from Broken Head north to Byron Bay.

The house is a private and secure retreat, perfect for family and friends beach getaways. Pets (dogs only) also to be prior approved.
The house is very well appointed with multiple relaxation areas, a heated plunge pool and ample parking. A great place to unwind.

Relaxing stay

Our stay at Pavilion 4 was the perfect family holiday. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, near stunning Broken Head Beach, the property was spacious and fully equipped to cater to all our needs. The house was large, luxurious and provided privacy between family groups.

We loved staying at Terry's beautiful pavillion home. It was so tropical and the plunge pool is gorgeous. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! We would definitely stay here again!

Broken Head sanctuary

A well-equipped, very spacious and extremely comfortable pavilion style sanctuary only 200 metres stroll from the beauty of Broken Head beach. A wonderful stay for a large family group enjoying the Easter school holidays. Thank you Terry.

Perfect Byron stay

This is a beautiful property which is also managed to an excellent standard. Do not hesitate to book as it will not dissappoint. The house is immaculate and well equipped and has additional items you can use so it feels like home. There is more than enough room for two families to be together but also have their own space. We a enjoyed the facilities at Byron but it was lovely coming back to the quiet of Broken Head. Stunning beach on your doorstep. We would love to return.

Great family getaway

This villa is excellent. We love the tropical, pavillion style design. The photos do not do it justice. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners have put a lot of thought into it. Broken Head is a very secluded, private area, so if you are looking for action, shops, etc this is not for you, but its super chilled and a beautiful part of the world. We loved it.
