Fathoms 5 is located on the first floor directly across the road from beautiful Mollymook Beach. The unit offers ocean views from the balcony and living area. Being an end unit there are additional side windows in the kitchen and living area that overlook the beautiful adjoining bushland. This spacious two-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps five guests and offers serenity and privacy for families, couples and nature-lovers alike.
The Fathoms property has resort style facilities with a tennis court and adjoining BBQ area, swimming pool and a large lawn area available for guests to use.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.
Bathroom: - Shower and Bathtub with a separate toilet.
Internal laundry - washing machine and dryer.

Great location and outside amenities. The apartment was clean and spacious unfortunately the dishwasher and coffee machine did not work and there was not a BBQ available.
A well built, agreeable apartment to stay in. The list of conditions was very long and no linen was provided. it abuts onto a creek which could be smelly in Summer but was fine in April when we stayed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It was badly in need of refurbishment.Everything reeked of tired and worn 1970s furnishing. Worst of all it was not clean and was very musty.
The wardrobes and garage were full of junk
The kitchen cupboards were full of unwanted and unnecessary food products
At the price one would expect cable TV and wi-fi but NO
Repairs were badly needed to a window and the fan in the bedroom at least.
I could go on but you get the message. A shame really as it is in a great position

Location excellent
Location was excellent, apartment very dated, needs a refurbish, as lounges dated along with pictures on walls and most of the furniture, needs a refresh, patch and paint, ceiling fans rusted, remotes for TV, DVD, not working or missing. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
