On the edge of town and near the Cisco Beach bike path, this centrally located property with 5 total bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to accommodate 1-2 families is ideally situated for exploring Nantucket. The property consists of a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom cottage and a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom guest house, and is surrounded by a lush, private yard, a 9-person outdoor whirlpool spa, a fire pit, and beyond the hedgerows, a quiet, paved street. Town is a 1.2-mile drive, bike ride, or walk away, or you can catch the $1 Miacomet loop shuttle at the end of the road. Three of the island's best beaches—Cisco, Miacomet, and Surfside—are within three miles--a short drive, bike ride, Uber/taxi, or shuttle ride away. Pick up fresh produce and local fish at Bartlett Farm and 167 Seafood market down the road, or grab lunch, dinner and drinks while listening to live music at Cisco Brewers, also close by. Families appreciate the spacious yard, toys and games for indoor/outdoor fun, three flat screen TVs plus Wi-Fi, and two outdoor showers.

The location has a well maintained beautiful yard.The two nice homes on the property (main and cottage) are spacious and inviting.They are very well stocked with linens for beds and bath.There is very good water pressure and hot water. The host was available to address any questions or issues. We enjoyed our 5 night stay on island.

The floorplan with the 2 houses was ideal for our group. Less than a 5 minute drive to town! We are used to staying in Tom Nevers so this location was so much more convenient!

The best stay! My friends and i enjoyed this house so much! The check in process was easy, the house was clean and cozy! We had a private chef come in and cook for 10 girls and it was a large enough space to feel comfortable and move around.

Wonderful home and stay!

I stayed here with my husband, son, dog and a few additional extended family members as my entire family was on island for a wedding. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean when we arrived, and the location was perfect! I have a young son so it was great to have the two houses where we could stretch out and not worry about waking others up! We very much enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend this house if you're looking for an idyllic Nantucket rental!

Fantastic property and a better experience than I could have expected (even with a perfect 5 star review history). Great location, easy bike ride to town or the beach, without all of the congestion of staying closer to town. Perfect for two families traveling together. Common space outside was perfect for kids (lots of football and hide & seek).

Our two families had a fantastic stay at this amazing Nantucket home. The location was centrally located so we could bike to each beach easily. Didn't have a car all week! The kids played in the HUGE yard for hours; what a huge plus! The accommodations were perfect for all of us. Absolutely loved the decor and the beachy vibe the house has. Beautifully updated! Cooked many meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with...we've stayed in several VRBO/AirBnBs over the years and Kelley has done everything just right. Thank you!!!

Ideal home and location for a perfect family getaway in Nantucket!

We were so fortunate to experience an ideal family vacation in Nantucket and the house had everything to do with it ! Ideal set up with impeccable guest house and main house !. My parents stayed in one house and my husband and I stayed in the guest house. Beautifully kept yards for lounging, reading, frisbee, football. And the location of the home was ideal to some of the best beaches, town, and local groceries etc. I would absolutely come again !

Lovely stay west of town. Kelley is extremely responsive, and very thorough. The check in / booking process was smooth…she was forthcoming about construction, and proactive with timing updates. The house was exactly as advertised - clean, modern, great outdoor space, perfect for a group of friends or a bigger family who wants two different “houses” while still being together. Location wise, it was conveniently located to all the essentials (town, beach, restaurants, etc), even though not a short walk to any of them. Overall a lovely stay, and a place we would definitely call home again!

Beautiful hideaway

The property was more beautiful than I expected!!! The photos didn't do the house justice. We had three families staying at the property...2 in the main house and 1 in the guest house. The guest house was a brand new renovation and it was gorgeous. The main house was also very beautiful. The house had everything we needed...a beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a fire pit, outdoor BBQ, etc. It was perfect. If there were any issues or questions, the caretaker was on the island and answered her phone immediately. They addressed whatever we needed same day. We could not have been happier. It is a slight walk to town... over a mile but we enjoyed the walk. The nearest beach is also more than a mile. The house was close to all the bike paths to the beaches. We all enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach. We would easily stay here again!!!!

Great house and location

Perfect for families. Right between beaches and town so easy biking to both. Quite neighborhood with few cars/thru traffic. Large yard and owners provided amenities such as outdoor games, gas grill, etc., so spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the nice weather. Would rent again.
