The Neighborhood:
This home is a 1/2 block from Historic downtown (Harrison Avenue). Home to the Leadville 100 races, with the start and finish line right outside our front door! We're within an hour’s drive to eight ski resorts (25 minutes to Copper Mountain and 15 minutes to Ski Cooper) and Colorado’s highest peaks - come enjoy our beautiful town! Parking spaces located behind home.

There are tons of activities in the area, including hiking, fishing, skiing/ snowboarding, snow-mobiling, mountain biking, access to 14ers like Mt. Evans, and more! Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are just under 30 minutes away!

Getting Around:
We are located a block from Harrison Avenue (Leadville's Main Street), which means you can walk to all of Leadville's restaurants, shops and museums.

-Dogs allowed, $60 +tax for one pet and $120 +tax for two pets max. Do not leave pets outside, unattended if you are not home and please pick up after your pet(s)!
-If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules.
-This property does not have air conditioning.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
