\- Located in Heart of South Padre Entertainment District walk to dozens of
bars & restaurants. 1 block to famous Louies Backyard. 1.5 blocks to beach
\- 1 bedroom w/ king bed, 1 double sized pull out in living room, airbed
w/pump provided + fully equipped kitchen w/stools
\- Surprisingly nice pool long enough to do laps in, nice in water seating for
adults and still shallow end safe for small kids
\- Co Operated laundry +1 parking space. Plenty of additional free parking
across street
1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 double sized bed fold down couch in living
room. Blow up double sized airbed with pump provided at no extra charge,
simply bring extra bedding to sleep 6 total. Pool is great for after a long
day at the beach. 1.5 blocks away is public beach access free to all This
unit is dated inside but totally functioning. Less than 2 blocks to Louies,
Tequila Sunsets, Longboards, DQ, da Pizza Joint, Bar on Bay (Bobs), Driftwood
bar, Marlin restaurant, the Kraken & more. BEST location on south padre to go
out at night no driving ever needed. Across street from the bay and wonderful
Liam's Steakhouse bayside. This is an older, eclectic condo but great for
those on a budget. Condo has a nice sized kitchen, flat screen in both the
living room and master bedroom, and walk in shower. This condo does not have
a balcony, please note.
