Guest Access:

At La Copa Vacations, each Tiki Condominium is secured with a digital keypad. Once you've submitted all required documents and paid the fees in full, you will receive an email with a unique access code and instructions, valid until 11am on your check-out date.



The Neighborhood:

The Tiki Condominiums, a beachfront complex located adjacent to Bar Louie and the Courtyard by Marriott’s Beach Bar, place you minutes from South Padre Island's favorites like Barry’s Bistro and On the Border Tex-Mex Cantina. Nearby are Clayton’s Beach Bar, the Sea Turtle Conservatory, and the Birding and Nature Center, with boat docks and the Convention Center also close. The Tiki is near 'the flats', a renowned kite-boarding launch area.



Getting Around:

Effortlessly experience South Padre Island with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, ensuring convenient access to various parts of the island. Plus, utilize the 'Park and Ride' facility situated in the southern part of town. Additionally, Gulf Blvd. is well-known for its bike-friendly pathways, presenting yet another convenient transportation option for your island explorations.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.
