SOHO apartment with river views, stroll cafes

Summary:
Comfortable 2 level apartment in small private block moments to local cafes, parklands, restaurants, shops and within 5 minutes drive to Hobart CBD and historic waterfront. The apartment offers stunning views across the river, a lovely balcony for your morning coffee and convenient undercover parking. It's a great base to call home as it's just so convenient to the Hobart attractions. NBN Wifi included

The Space:
The apartment is located in a low rise elevated block with sweeping views across Sandy Bay to the Derwent River. On the ground floor there is easy open plan living adjoining sunny balcony with a view, a comfy lounge and dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, with bathroom including integrated laundry facilities. All our linen is supplied by a commercial linen service so it's clean and fresh! There is excellent heating throughout so you can be comfortable in the winter months. We look forward to welcoming you to SOHO (South Hobart :-)

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the townhouse during their stay

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just moments to beautiful Fitzroy Gardens and a short stroll to Macquarie Street cafe's and grocers. South Hobart is a wonderful location as it's on the doorstep of the city centre and has many local attractions such as the historic "Female Factory" . The Hobart Rivulet walking track is close by which connects the city and Cascade Brewery! Locals and tourists love to spot the resident platypus swimming in the rivulet!

Getting Around:
Its always good to have a car when visiting Hobart so you can easily get around the city and explore the many wonderful attractions outside the city. If you don't have a car the house is very centrally located so you can either walk to some of the city attractions or jump on a bus. There is a "jump on jump off" city explorer than runs along Macquarie Street

Other Things to Note:
There are internal stairs, bedrooms and the the bathroom are upstairs, so the apartment may not be suitable for children 6 years and under.

Interaction with Guests:
We can meet and greet you at arrival or arrange access to the key safe. We will not be far away if you have any issues and you are welcome to phone with any questions.

Some what disappointed
Problem with finding light switches in down stairs in darkness, as switches in an unusual location on end of kitchen bench, as I spent several minutes trying to find them. Also the wifi password was missing and took 24 hours for property manager to send the details.
