Located on The Sands Golf Course Estate, this three bedroom townhouse is set well away from the traffic and in a quiet area of the estate. No through traffic. Ducted air conditioner throughout with upstairs open plan living, dining and kitchen all on the one level. Set on two levels with a few stairs Balcony area with bbq and setting for meals. Communal outdoor pool, tennis court available for guest usage. Wifi available. Small dogs allowed. Sleeping up to 7 guests with:

Bed 3 = Bunk Double (Double and Single Bed)

Available for Summer and Easter holidays.
