Inside my modern-designed, new-construction home you'll find stainless appliances, high end furniture, and high-end fixtures throughout, not to mention a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, a jetted tub, and a master shower with dual shower heads.
This listing will have 2 separate units above and below meaning you will have 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas, and plenty of space and privacy for your family gathering.
LIVING ROOMS Sit back and relax on one of the beautiful and comfortable sofas and relax with your favorite streaming channels on the Smart TVs. Both living rooms are the perfect setting to destress, and debrief from your day out on the town. The open concept floor plan allows guests to quickly and conveniently change settings between the main floor rooms.
KITCHEN & DINING There’s room for the whole family at the large, custom dining table on the main floor. A fireplace warms the space and makes for the perfect, cozy dining experience. Travel to the adjacent kitchen where you’ll find a central island complete with bar stools, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops finish this modern kitchen. Here you’ll have everything you need to prepare homemade meals for your friends and family.
Between the dining rooms, kitchen island, and living areas, there is no shortage of space for meal preparation and family dining.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 6 BEDROOMS Enjoy maximum comfort and convenience with the elevated amenities and complementary essentials in one of the four spacious bedrooms on the second and third floors of the upstairs unit, or sleep away in one of the two comfy basements on the lower level.
Unit 1 - Three Floors - 4 Bedrooms This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 12. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor, including a king master with a crib and full-size air mattress in the closet, another queen bedroom, and the third has a full-size and a twin bed. The third floor is a queen with attached full bathroom.
Unit 2 - 2 Bedrooms This unit has four beds and sleeps 6. This unit has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one full-size air mattress.
BATHROOMS Ensuite bathrooms are available in the Master and third floor bedrooms. A full bathroom on the second floor is available to the third and fourth bedrooms. For maximum convenience, an additional half-bath sits on the main floor of the home. The Master Bathroom offers a full-soaking tub and standing shower with two rainfall shower heads. One more full bath awaits and the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries.
ROOFTOP DECK You have access to a rooftop deck where you can get some fresh air, soak in the sun, and enjoy panoramic views of the neighborhood.
Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood: The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses.
The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.
Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.
Getting Around: The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
Other Things to Note: GUEST VETTING ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

The house was very spacious. It comfortably accommodated our entire family of 14. The location was in a safe neighborhood and close to downtown. If you have a large family this is definitely a good choice.

This is the second time that we've stayed at this property. So obviously we were impressed the first time! My wife and I, plus are 3 married daughters and their spouses (and one grandchild), plus our single daughter all stayed here comfortably. There were no problems at all with check-in or with our stay. And the house is very nicely furnished. A large group can be very comfortable, and a 2 car garage is a huge bonus in the city! We plan to stay here again the next time we visit St Louis.

We rented the upper and lower units, and This place was perfect for our family. Had my 2 granddaughters with us. One is 3 years old and One is 9 months old. The places were very well stock including crib, high chair and even plastic utensils for the 3 year. Also well stocked on coffee, cleaning supplies. Each bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It is conveniently located to all the main attractions. We would def stay there again!!

The entire experience was as easy as possible and enjoyable. Booking was simple, the property management team was quick to get us through the process and very responsive. There was a lot of timely communication throughout. The house is in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. The city itself is easy to navigate. Parking was never a problem. Check in and out was a breeze. Everything about the house was as advertised or better.

Came down for the eclipse. We had a large group and not every knew each other. It was the perfect spot for something like that with all the separate levels and a separate lower unit. Every sub group had their own space, however when we came together for meals or games or just hanging out, their was plenty of space for that as well! 10/10 would book with Adobebucks again. The view of the city on the large upper deck was an lovely unexpected surprise. We spent plenty of time up there as a group.

We rented the house for a family Christmas celebration. There were 13 of us, ranging in age from 11 months to their sixties. The property (we had both the upstairs and downstairs unit) was spacious and well-furnished. The kitchens were large and easy to cook in, which made dinner preparation a breeze. Rooms were comfortable, and communication was prompt.
The only issues we had were minor. A lock not working, which got resolved after talking to the property manager. One of the showers only had lukewarm water, not hot. In general, however, a great stay.

Weve stayed at this property for the last 4 years and we continue to choose it bc its size suits our needs- we rent the top and bottom and can house our 3 families. However checkin continues to be tricky we dont usually get the clearest directions regarding which code opens the upper unit and which belongs to the bottom or the code for the garage. They are very reponsive once prompted but i wish it were smoother bc i have several people i have to communicate that information to. Also, there was an extensive list of instructions for check out but when trying to get awveral snall children out of the house i didnt see that message until we had already left. I wish theyd send those instructions when you checkin. Overal its clean and well stocked and can house a multi generation family.

Only negative we had was that there were quite a few standard kitchen gadgets we needed but didn’t have or have enough of!
