Home boasts 2 aircon units in both living and master bedroom. Living area unit is combined aircon/heating, plus 2 radiators heating units and 2 stand alone fans for 2 bedrooms. Louvres provide natural airflow, underfloor heating in main bathroom, wifi, sky and smart TV.

We will provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Kitchen appliances consists of coffee plunger, George Foreman grille plate, nutri bullet, toastie maker and electric beater. Kitchen is well stocked. Boiling water tap provided as opposed to electric kettle.
Please note nightly tariff rate is based on 2 guests then additional $40/person/night thereafter. Linen is charged out @ $25/person/stay, if less than 7 guests staying we will adjust your quotation accordingly. Please note linen is optional.
We prefer to accommodate responsible, mature guests 30 years and over.
Please note: As of 1st April 2024, "Goods and Service Tax" (gst) has been incorporated into your pricing. The "host" fee equates to both cleaning fee and linen fee (linen fee is based on full occupancy of 6 guests). If fewer than 6 guests I will adjust your quotation accordingly, based on number of guests which will show in your quotation.
