Welcome to our stunning waterfront location holiday accommodation, located right on the waters edge, 10mins walk from Raglan township. This well presented 2 storey home boasts a large open plan entertaining area with large deck and 5 bedrooms upstairs, accommodating 9 guests. Downstairs entertaining area is perfect over the summer months. Offering 2 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 kayaks (life jackets supplied) with plenty of parking including boat parking and filleting bench within the secured property.

Enjoy alfresco style bbq in the evenings on the deck, immersing yourselves with beautiful water views (tidal) and hills in the foreground.

Property is fully secure, automated gate upon arrival/departure.

72 inch smart TV provided upstairs in living area (guests will need to log into their accounts to access apps), TV provided downstairs (freeview).

Use of 2 kayaks; double and single (we have provided 1 child, 2 medium and 2 large life jackets.

Linen quotation is based on full occupancy of 9 guests, however if fewer guests stay, quotation will be adjusted accordingly (linen is optional).

Please note: As of 1st April 2024, "Goods and Service Tax" (gst) has been incorporated into your pricing. The "host" fee equates to both cleaning fee and linen fee (linen fee is based on full occupancy of 6 guests). If fewer than 6 guests I will adjust your quotation accordingly, based on number of guests which will show in your quotation.
