The Terraces at Reunion- Kissimmee, Florida is located only a 20 minute drive from Walt Disney World amusement parks. This beautiful resort is a very popular family vacation resort and has all the amenities you are looking for to give your family that dream holiday. This condo is very well upgraded, with granite countertops in both kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and tiled floor in the living areas. Other positive features of this condo are the spacious wraparound balcony with plenty of windows and natural light and an open floorplan well suited for entertainment. The condo is located within walking distance to Publix anchored shopping area at Reunion. The Terraces pool area is a couple hundred feet from the unit. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and all the bedrooms. This home will accommodate up to 6 people.

Check in time is 4PM or after - Check out time is 10AM or before
At the time, due to prolonged cleaning times we do not accommodate early check in or late check out times.

All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.

No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.

First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.

Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play needs to be requested minimum 24hrs (Preferrably 3 nights) prior to arrival.
Otherwise we can not guarantee to have one available. Guests are to clean these items upon departure.
