The King-size master bedroom (with ensuite) is upstairs, embracing beautiful sea views. The Queen bedroom downstairs features water views and a TV, while the second Queen room overlooks the garden. Guests will have access to the whole property. Parking only in the driveway of this Unit, or the visitor carpark. Not on the shared road/kerb within the Estate please.

The Neighborhood:
This residence is located in a safe and friendly private estate: Barwon Views Estate.
It is ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding, fishing and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

There are great cafes, bars and many restaurants on The Terrace, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

Ocean Grove has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks around the lake, along the riverside trails or the beachfront.

Getting Around:
Mariner's Retreat is within easy walking/riding distance to parkland and Blue Waters Lake Reserve. The Groove Café is the local favourite shop to get your morning coffee, yummy lunches and ready meals. More shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in three distinct shopping areas (The Terrace (main street), Kingston Village or Ocean Grove Marketplace. A single garage and driveway provide off-street parking for two cars, plus one designated spot in the Visitor’s car park. Strictly no parking on the garden edges of the Estate.

Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.

Lovely Views
This was a great house for a family in a quiet area. The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable with fantastic views over the water to the bluff and Barwon Heads. Great park for kids at the end of the street and a short drive to main street and beach. Windows to open in the master bedroom would've been good on warm days and steps would be a bit tricky if you were elderly or have small children. Overall the house and location was great and we would definitely recommend.

Selected the property for the views and was not disappointed We are short elderly people, needed to be a young basketballer to reach some controls and switches Second bathroom is very parley designed and would be a serious problem had there been two couples staying in the bottom bedrooms Suggest you need many towels as every thing is wet after each person has a shower
