LIVING & DINING
This expansive 2,000+ sq ft home blends comfort and style throughout. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax and watch TV. Ceiling fans maintain a cool, breezy atmosphere, while beautiful gas and wood-burning fireplaces add warmth and ambiance. The home also features a dining table for meals and gatherings, along with convenient bar seating for casual dining and conversation.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

our stay overall was good but we we were disappointed with the condition of the cabin. we had issues with the master bedroom light not working, a tear in the wicker daybed that made it unable to be used, the dishwasher backed up and overflowed onto the countertop which made it unusable. the double door leading to the backyard also didn't lock. these are issues that definitely had a negative impact on our stay but that said the location was great and we were still able to make the most of our time there. i would still consider booking through cool cabins again in the future but would NOT stay at avalon retreat again
