This property is designed for a comfortable and luxurious stay with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances like a Nespresso machine, SodaStream, air fryer, breadmaker, Instant Pot, and juicer, plus an extra Nespresso machine in the Master Ensuite. The outdoor space is a BBQ lover’s dream with a Traeger Smoker and Otto Wilde steak broiler for perfect grilling. Relax on the front deck with loungers, a couch, and a gas fire table.
Inside, the open-concept main area spans 800 sq ft, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a 10-person dining area, and a cozy living room with a 2-sided fireplace. The space opens directly to the lake with 30 ft of retractable walls with screens for a perfect indoor-outdoor experience. The main floor has two bedrooms: a queen room and the spacious Master Suite with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a 900 sq ft office loft. The Master ensuite features a unique shower known as the "Car Wash."
Upstairs, a 280 sq ft loft overlooks the main area and includes a queen murphy bed and single bed, ideal for early risers. The basement offers an additional 900 sq ft of living space, perfect for a second family, with a large living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds. The walkout basement leads directly to the lake and dock.
The lakefront is shallow with a massive sandy bottom, perfect for kids to play while being easily watched from the dock. The large, C-shaped dock offers multiple seating areas, loungers, and a large umbrella for shade, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning lakeside views and activities.

Welcome to our cottage. Four generations have been relaxing at this location since the 60's. Our family moved West many years ago and have recently been able to use the cottage in the summers. In 2019 the old cottage was taken down and replaced with a modern version of it. Some of the 1980 cottage is built-in into the new version.
Why they chose this property
This property is very unique due to several factors. It faces West and captures the best sunsets. Our neighbours' cottages are more than 150ft away from our cottage. We are hidden well from the lake and our bay is small with some rock outcroppings that keep most boaters away. The property is relatively flat and there is a boardwalk from the dock right to the cottage steps with no steps. All steps, docks, boardwalks, and decks are low-lit at night allowing you to navigate without disrupting the lake.

There are 170 acres of land behind the 1.5acre cottage parcel. Guest are free to hike through this property. There are several stone foundations and walls from the 1800s hidden back there. Look at the cottage manual for co-ordinates to visit the backwoods.
