Perfectly located by Thirroul’s most sought after holiday landmarks, this 2nd floor apartment is perfect for a weekend gateaway.
There are two bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other one has bunk beds that sleep 3.
All linen is provided, just bring your beach towels.
There is no need to drive anywhere once you make yourself comfortable, as everything you need is at your doorstep. Step out to the patrolled Thirroul Beach, Olympic size swimming pool, surf club, state of the art kids play park, and a recreation park just across the street.
In addition, there is the newly refurbished Thirroul Beach Pavilion, with a café on the promenade overlooking the beach. Thirroul village is approximately 100 meters away with its fine eateries, Anita’s Theatre, shops and pubs.
The home offers Accommodation for 4 - 5 guests, perfect for a young family.

Conditions of Occupation
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you need to smoke, there is a common area outside. Please use the ashtray located under the kitchen sink.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
(g) No pets are allowed under any circumstances

We enjoyed our stay at the unit which was well appointed and very conveniently located next to the beach and local shops. I always love the luxury of a bath tub! The property manager was very responsive to any queries.
Apartment was lovely and clean and a great size. The only negatives were the shower really lacked any water pressure and the bottom bunk bed mattress was not comfortable. Location for us was perfect as we have family that live close by.

We enjoyed this spacious apartment in a terrific location. The secure garage and storage easily fit our SUV and would be great for anyone with bikes or scooters too. We enjoyed lazy sleep-ins followed by walks on the beach. All amenities were great.

Perfect location for Anitas theatre an restaurants and pubs, great walking distance. Beautiful town and nice friendly locals. Holiday pad on Thirroul was very comfortable and added to a great weekend it had everything we wanted and more. Loved having lock up garage. The only thing we couldn't find was salt and pepper, egg flip and shower cap.Absolutely loved our visit from the local white cockatoos. We would definitely stay again . Thank you.

Sounds of waves at night in very spacious yet cosy unit, that was extremely well stocked with kitchen amenities & basic food supplies on check in. Lock up garage & code access was very easy to use. Contact with manager swiftly returned, the owner was very understanding, flexible & generous when departure was extended due to Qld cyclone. Will definitely return! Thank you Barbara

The flat was ideally placed for access to Thirroul beach. It had bus stop almost at the door and train station five minutes away for easy access to Wollongong. The apartment was well supplied with towels and bed linen. Thank you for the kitchen supplies to start us off. One or two small upgrades needed. Drawer in Bedroom didn’t run well and bin in kitchen kept falling off its base. Well stocked bathroom including hairdryer was great. Enjoyed our peaceful stay here.
The air con did not work which wasn’t great as was very cold , would also be very hot in summer , cut my lip on a chipped wine glass , and water pressure in shower very low. Otherwise great location and clean

Being a short walk from the beach gave a wonderful option for something to do every afternoon.
Stayed for a 40th birthday celebration but glad we booked in for longer.
Specially appreciated extra power adapters and some of the toiletries.

We absolutely loved our stay! Easiest check in ever, extremely clean block of apartments. Such a short walk to the beach and a seafood restaurant right around the cover. Everything was perfect - amazing lounge, washer & dryer, comfy bed and cute little balcony with nature always around. Nice stove to cook, microwave, toaster and pretty gold cutlery was a nice touch. Was perfect for our one year old too, not too much for her to get into. Thanks so much! We will be back 😊
