Located just 150 yards from the base of Winter Park Resort, so close you can

see when the gondola opens.



**The Space**

Simple and comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium with balcony facing

the ski resort and Village area. This condo has granite counter-tops and

standard furnishings, a dining area, and washer/dryer set.



**The Bedroom**

There is a hotel size king bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

A queen size bed in the second bedroom.

A sleeper sofa that pulls out in the living area.







Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.

Fine but lukewarm water

Overall, a great location with outstanding views. Room was clean and ready to be use. A couple of complaints are the lukewarm water in both bathrooms. We couldn't get hot water. The sink in the kitchen ran hot when needed but not in the bathrooms. The blinds to the balcony did not close. The puller/closure cord element was broken. The screen door to the balcony got stuck and wouldn't close. Maintenance was called but couldn't fix it. Again, great view of the resort from the balcony.
