**The Space**

Cozy two bedroom two bathroom condominium on the fourth floor with a forested

view from the balcony.

Your own private retreat tucked into the woods while being close to it all the

same time.

This condo has a granite counter-top with bar style seating, updated

appliances, and warm tones in furnishings and design.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second

bedroom has a queen size bed, and the sleeper sofa pulls out in the living

area.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
