**The Space**

Tastefully remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom condominium with upgraded

furnishings, granite counter-tops with bar style seating, and beautiful decor.

Feel the warmth of gas fireplace while watching your favorite TV show in the

living room.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bedwith ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.

A sofa sleeper pull out in the living room area for additional sleeping.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Location, Location, Location

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Access to Winter Park base couldn’t be closer, right outside back door of the main lodge. Ski lockers were large and very well maintained. Unit was very clean, comfortably furnished. Plenty of room to enjoy a family dinner or meal around the kitchen island. All the kitchen appliances and utensils needed for cooking. Comfortable living area to enjoy conversations, play some board games or enjoy a movie. Would definitely stay there again.
