Relax on the stunning shores of Marcoola Beach, Sunshine Coast. This beachfront home is pet friendly and boasts modern amenities, steps from the beach. Feel the sand between your toes as you take a dip in the ocean

Waves at Marcoola is the epitome of a chill family-friendly beach vacation with all the amenities you could wish for for a memorable vacation in the Sunshine Coast.

It boasts:-

Direct access to Marcoola Beach - 200m flat, pathed walk to the beach
Pet friendly - up to 2 medium sized dogs
Fully ducted airconditioning/heating
2 minute walk to cafes, shops and restaurants - Cuba Street Coffee, Bobbi Lane, and Surf Air for cocktails

Bicycle or walk up and down on the pathway behind our property, stroll to the playground with the kids, head across the road for artisan coffee at Cuba Street, or go to the Marcoola Markets (Friday night or Saturday morning). 5 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport.

Beachfront location at Marcoola Beach, you only need to head out our back gate and walk 250 steps before hitting the pristine sandy (pet friendly!) beach.

Waves at Marcoola is perfectly situated in the Sunshine Coast - a 10 minute drive to Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore, a 5 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast airport and 30 minute drive to Noosa.

~We are kid friendly and welcome kids!

~STRICTLY NO PARTIES - we love relaxing get togethers with friends and family, but no hens, bucks or schoolies allowed.

We also have a living area which opens out to an expansive balcony, perfect for enjoying meals and the late afternoon sea breezes.

Our kitchen is equipped like we would our own home. Contains dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and water jugs.

Just some of the amazing cafes and shops all walking distance from Waves at Marcoola:-

- Soul Ocean Spa - treat yourself to a massage or facial (we have, and can honestly say it's total bliss!)
- Bobbi Lane - gorgeous boutique clothing store and cafe
- Cuba Street Coffee - coffee roasters providing barista-made coffee. Their beans are perfect souvenirs - locals come far and wide for a bag of freshly ground coffee from Cuba Street!
- Surf Air restaurant, bar and gaming room - amazing, reasonably priced bistro fare, extremely kid friendly and is playground adjacent, and has a relaxed beach vibe

Weekday Construction Noise
-As we are situated in a new estate, there can be some occasional construction noise. If you will be out during the day, keeping busy at the beach or checking out the many amenities that are in our area, this should hardly impact you at all. The late afternoons and early evenings will still be able to be enjoyed at our beautiful property. Weekends remain completely undisturbed

Fabulous beach house!

Lovely new house with ocean glimpses from the deck. Air con in living room and efficient ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The owners had thoughtfully provided all essentials including sufficient toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, etc for our entire week-long stay. Very clean. Lovely little grassed backyard perfect for our dogs. We took our bikes and enjoyed easy access to the coastal bikeway. Thoroughly recommend staying at this property.

Great short getaway

Loved staying at this beautiful house. Even though the space wasn’t very big it made up for it in location. It backed onto bush land and a long walking path. The beach is right on your door step. It’s near the airport but the noise didn’t bother us. Easy driving distance to all the facilities and Noosa. The house is very modern and clean. The furnishings are new and very modern the kitchen is very modern and has everything you need to cook with. Bathroom is huge. Lovely balcony and barbecue good for entertaining, it faces the bush. It’s situated in a very quiet street. The hosts live down stairs we forgot that they were there. We didn’t hear them or see them. We would stay there again.
