If your perfect beach vacation is a perfect blend of outside splendor and inside comfort, look no further than Jade East unit 410. This nicely appointed beach front condo features spectacular views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and more than 1600 square feet of the perfect home away from home. This condo has three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. The nicely equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve everything from snacks on the go to gourmet meals. The floor to ceiling windows and sliders in the living area and Primary bedroom bring the breathtaking beach views inside for your viewing pleasure. Jade East is conveniently located in the heart of Destin close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Plus the property has a beach front pool and hot tub for your use as well as community grills. Get your beach vacation going and reserve your stay at Jade East 410!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The Condo was very nice… does need oven mitts and a new toaster and perhaps streaming service for tv. The refrigerator front where water is dispensed comes off… other than that nice place!!!! Will be back!

Easy access to the beach, clean property, clean rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. They had the room ready early and text us to let is know. That was a huge plus. The only downside was there was only one spatula in the kitchen so cooking multiple things that needed a spatula was inconvenient. However, we managed. Communication was excellent and they tried very hard to fix a Wi-Fi issue so my DIL could do some necessary work off her computer. We would most definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except that they allow smoking only on balcony and the balcony next to us chained smoked! It ruined being outside on the deck which was beautiful! Very surprised they let people smoke cigarettes on the balcony but the building is smoke free signs everywhere?!?
